Shipping information regarding the Covid-19 situation in Europe
Shipping service is in some countries currently affected by the Covid-19 situation. Some UPS service points are not available, but the situation can rapidly change. Please find updated information from UPS here. If you cannot pick up your order from your service point, please feel safe about the fact that Johaug will receive the order back to our warehouse and we will issue a refund. Orders placed with Klarna invoice: Please notify Klarna about a return if you cannot pick up your order. This will keep you from receiving additional expenses.
You may be charged import duties by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders shipped to Norway will not be subject to import duties.
Time of delivery
We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Standard delivery time within Nordic countries is 3-5 business days. Standard delivery time for orders to the rest of Europe and North America is 8-10 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.
You can find the order number in the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail. The tracking number of your shipment will also be sent in a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as it is shipped. In addition, you will receive the tracking number directly from the shipping company as soon as it has been registered at the first terminal.
Delivery time is calculated from the written confirmation of the order through the order confirmation. Delivery time is expected delivery time and we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified delivery time as unforeseen delays can occur with us or the courier.
Please make a note that we make reservations about delays during periods of high demand with us or our courier. The maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from the time your order was placed. If your order has not been delivered within that time, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at no charge, unless otherwise agreed.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 weeks, you as a customer are responsible for letting us know within 5 weeks. Your order will be considered delivered after this time.
